Bailey Bug Boutique is a small web-based business located in North Florida. It features personalized burp cloths and onesies, vintage hand sewn aprons for mothers and daughters and modern hand-sewn children's wear.
Bailey Bug Boutique's owner and seamstress began sewing at a young age and became interested in sewing children's clothing and burp cloths after the birth of her grandchild. She also specializes in sewing vintage aprons, which is a personal favorite. She is an extremely gifted designer and seamstress who credits most of her talent to the teachings of her mother, who is considered to be one of the finest seamstresses in the North Florida area.
Three of the most important lessons and techniques she learned from her mother were attention to detail, fabric choices, and pressing during the sewing process. These techniques and key learnings are evident within each of the garments and accessories made today for Bailey Bug Boutique.
At the present time, special orders for children's clothing and aprons are not being taken, but new outfits and aprons are being added to the website as they are made.
